Overview
A modern, browser-based remake of RoboSport (Maxis, 1991) — the simultaneous-turn robot battle game. You program your team’s moves, then everyone’s plans execute at once and you watch the results play out.
How It Works
The turn is the whole trick: each side commits its orders privately, then the engine runs both plans at the same time and hands you a scrubbable replay “movie” of the carnage. All the gameplay numbers — action durations, damage tables, movement speeds, scoring — come straight from the original manual’s Technical Reference, so it plays like the real thing; all the art is drawn programmatically, nothing copied from the original game files.
Current Status
Playable in the browser, with the rules faithful to the 1991 Technical Reference.
